Why Me?

Your training is important, and so is mine. I have multiple certifications and continue my education and certifications on an ongoing basis. I also draw from over 30 years as a fitness professional while continuing to learn.                At this point in my career, I have progressed beyond simply teaching exercise. I now teach better use of the body, which begins with proper alignment. We have all been affected by our jobs and lifestyles. Pain, tightness, and disfunction are not simply “getting older”. They are mostly the result of the changes we have allowed in our bodies. They are also mostly reversible.

Making exercise more enjoyable and more effective have gone hand in hand. Minimizing risk and only then maximizing results is my approach. Once our bodies work better and safer, burning fat, building muscle, or improving balance and flexibility is only a matter of work. If you are prepared to take good care of yourself  then I am prepared to help.
